Safe and secure operation with our service agreements.

With us as a supplier, you can feel safe before, during and after the delivery. We are involved in every step – from start to turnkey solar power plant. You can also take advantage of our service agreement, so that you can sit back while we are responsible for your facility functioning optimally after the installation is completed. The service agreement means that we bear all costs in warranty matters, daily monitoring of your facility and regular inspections. What is included in a service agreement.

OPERATIONAL MONITORING

We monitor your system daily and alert in the event of any faults or downtime.

WARRANTY ISSUES

In the event of any equipment or installation faults, we handle it by updating you on how it is going and booking the responsible service technician. In cases where the entire system is down or an inverter does not work, we handle this immediately and if it is panels or optimizers that broke, it will be repaired within 4 to 6 weeks. The service program means that we bear all labour costs in matters concerning warranty and contact with suppliers.

EMERGENCY SERVICE AND ADVICE

We are available by phone and email if you have questions or want advice about your photovoltaic system. If necessary, we will come and inspect the facility.

INSURANCE

Should the facility be damaged as a result of an accident, such as a lightning strike, we will of course ensure that you have a basis for the insurance case through a complete analysis of what needs to be remedied and compensated.

INSPECTION OF THE FACILITY

For new facilities, the first inspection is performed one year after commissioning. After that, we come out every two years and do an ocular inspection and a condition test of the facility. You will receive an inspection report with suggestions for possible measures for a continued well-functioning facility.
